Physique Update - In person Check In With Coach

For today's video I took a trip to Ultraflex Gym in Derby to meet up with my Coach Soph for an in person check in and to see how things are going through this diet phase! : )

She's happy with how I'm looking and I'm pretty happy too! Sir all round good stuff ✌🏻

The video will show the update of my current physique and how I am looking. When this was taken I was sitting at around 178lbs so a nice drop since the last time I saw much coach
